The EPRU would like to send a huge thank you to Michael McCandless for all of his fantastic work as the D2 Men’s coordinator! Mike is stepping away from club rugby to focus more fully on the Doylestown Dragons youth programs and they are extremely lucky to have working to grow the game at the grassroots level. We wish Mike nothing but the best going forward and know that the Dragons will be in good hands. Mike was also kind enough to finish up the D2M schedule for us before stepping away which is something that we very much appreciate.
With the 2022-2023 competition cycle starting shortly, and the new Rugby Xplorer registration system being implemented, the EPRU would like to install a new coordinator in the near future so that they have time to train on the new system and get up to speed prior to regular season play. Coordinators are generally responsible for maintaining contact info for teams in their division, creating regular season schedules, overseeing promotion/relegation between divisions, assisting with bids for EPRU events, assisting with dispute resolution between their teams, governing over compliance with competition policies and match reporting.
